Fascinating small format cabinet card of an apothecary shop with the owner posed holding a document possibly an order from a physician or surgeon.  Her shop is filled with numerous elixirs, powders and other medicinal items.  The back room is most surely where she mixes her formulas as we see more material lining the shelves along with numerous cabinet draws.   Ever the professional shop owner she has her stove front and center to keep her customers warm on the coldest of days.  The image is in very good condition and measures 4 ¼” x 5 ¼” with the mount.  There is no identification.
